BioMe? I'm Gaara, the one they call Gaara of the desert. I am my country's greatest weapon because of the demon that is sealed inside of me. I fear no one; all fear me. I love no one but myself, and live for no one but myself.
...That was before the chuunin exams... Before Naruto, another who has a demon as I do, came along and... defeated me.
The elders of my village, the Hidden Village of the Sand in Wind Country, are training me to be Kazekage, the leader. They rekindled our alliance with Naruto's village, which has resulted in several missions where my siblings - the country's finest warriors - and I were sent to bail their finest out of trouble.
I need to be alone. I need time to think. To consider these feelings - both pain and love - which I'm feeling for the first time. But it's impossible to do it here, with all these elders telling me what to do, how to be a fine and proud leader.
Strong or not, weapon or not, why they rest their fate in the hands of a 13 year old boy is beyond me. Oh well. They'll soon understand that I live only for myself. It'll be their loss.
